These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InfodraBooks (the "Service"), provided by Infodra Technologies Private Limited ("Infodra", "we", "us"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business or organization to these Terms. By using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have such authority.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at info@infodra.in of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Plans: Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise tiers with the features published at infodrabooks pricing.
- Billing cycles: Monthly or Annual. Annual plans are paid upfront.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from account settings; the plan remains active through the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pro-rata refunds may be issued at our discretion for service outages exceeding the SLA.
- Taxes: All prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice.
- Price changes: We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at the next renewal.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian or applicable laws.
- Upload content that is fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, or contains malware.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or use the Service to provide a competing service without written permission.
- Exceed published API rate limits or attempt to circumvent plan restrictions.
5. Your Data & Ownership
You retain all rights to the business data you upload. You grant Infodra a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service. You can export your data at any time in standard formats.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Infodra and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Service Availability & Support
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is available via email; response times depend on your plan (Priority Support included on Business and Enterprise tiers).
8. GST Filings & Compliance
The Service helps you prepare GST returns and e-invoices. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timely filing of returns with the tax authorities. Infodra is not a tax advisor and does not file returns on your behalf unless explicitly contracted for managed services.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that risks harm to other users or the platform. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days; thereafter, data may be deleted subject to legal retention requirements.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infodra's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Infodra harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
